It is hereby announced that the annual evaluation of international student scholarships in 2023 will be carried out in the near future, and the specific arrangements are as follows:
I.Students who need to participate:
1、Registered international students with scholarship (including suspended students): undergraduate students of 2022/ 2021/2020 intakes; graduate student of 2021 intakes.
2、Students who have been suspended or degraded in the 2022 review must also participate in the annual review 2023.
II.Evaluation Procedures and Timeline
1、International students fill in the Shanghai University of Engineering Science International Student Scholarship Annual Review Application Form 2023 online before May 6 and submit. Those who fail to submit within the deadline will be deemed to have automatically forfeited the annual review of the scholarship.
2、Before May 13, CIE will forward the application forms to the relevant schools.
3、Before May 26, schools provide the opinions of each student, student transcripts and reward and punishment records to CIE.
4、In June, CIE organized the preliminary review and submit to the International Student Scholarship Evaluation Committee for review.
5、In early July, the results will be announced on the website of the CIE.
